James new all about the certs, remember who signed them?

James said no one would be left behind, said the AUDITED financials were audited and were not, was to send Mineseeker monies to finish the merger, didnt do that either.

All along saying that the company made 500K in the first quater, no worries about cash.

I agree that Jeff should of done some DD on James. But as far as making people stay in QASP, IMO he was only repeating what he was told by James.
