How many deal announcements do you see on weekends? Almost nil. How would putting out a PR on the weekend be the "most" opportune time? Stock would react accordingly if the mkt was open and will eventually react accordingly when the market does open.

Look again,it's rallying but no doubt the MM's are playing their games.Lots of SPECULATION here.Maybe an announcement over the weekend?that would be the most opportune time to put out a PR.
