You are right about that UNDER ITS CURRENT FORM,,,Things can change very quickly in the business world,,We know that the company is in the black..We also know that the current pps would allow them to buy back any shares that were used in any transactions at this level for next to nothing if it were needed but... as is the case with most business transactions most shares will be restricted for at least a year..So depending on the deals so far on any aquisition using company common shares we have less than a year to wait for them to come off restriction As I said things can change very quickly You might want to read just how the trading of stock in privately held companies to others works Its a lot more definative and a lot more matter of fact..I would love to be one of the private shareholders in FRYS electronics A privately held company

Punk, I don't post here very often. I occasionally read the content looking for answers to questions I have about my investment in HNSS. My questions are as follows.
!. From whom did HNSS acquire the Microfill technology?
2. What did they pay for it? Cash and/or stock?
3. Is the pre-microfill facility still in operation?
4. If answer to 3. is yes, where is it located? Is it profitable?
5. If answer to 3. is no, why has it not been disclosed to stockholders?
6. How did HNSS manage to return $295K on $403K Revenue?
7. What would be HNSS' normal return on revenue?
Part of the reason for HNSS' poor stock price performance lies in HNSS' news releases failure to provide answers to these fundamental questions. Based on the information we have on hand about HNSS, I really don't expect to see much improvement in HNSS' stock price unless these questions are answered by HNSS, a buyout or a very successful Microfill launch. Then again, who knows what other irons HNSS has in the fire? JMHO
