Received my 3 packets from TD Ameritrade Wednesday in Miami,Florida. Voted my shares using Proxyvote.com...
They sent a confirmation to my E-mail as well.
You can also print out a confirmed copy of your voting proxy form on the Proxyvote.com webpage.
You'll probably receive your proxy package tomorrow.

If you do not receive your proxy vote package, simply contact your customer service broker and ask for your Account Control Number and log into Proxyvote.com and insert your Control Number into the Box and you will be able to vote your shares on line.
