I don't know how to read a P&F chart... nothing against them, one day I'll study them, but I can see how someone could've bought this using a variation or multiple tools. Someone who buys off headlines (bad idea) could've bought that permit news. Either way, hope someone traded this better than I did. Should go higher as long as it holds 6.05ish
