I think it's easy to say from a US perspective they have no authority on the US company WDRP. However, Robert and Andrew aren't US citizens, they're Canadian. Do you really think Robert will think the AMF means nothing? If I were him I'd be freaking out a little by now.

I do like thinking there's an outside force that may create a greater sense of urgency to move this along faster. I think Robert's trip to China to retrieve components is a sign of that.

So, am I an expert on the AMF,,,of course not. But I don't think you need to be - just need to recognize the guy we are relying on most may have them breathing down his neck. I believe Robert's a good, honest man. I've spoken with him several times and get that sense. The November trial date will push WDRP to show their cards - and we may not have to wait for some future industry show for that. That's what we as investors have been pushing for a long time, and it could end up being a good thing for us.

I do.
Nobody cares about the AMF.

Don't know how it legally works if AMF has any pull but if the AMF says some people or organizations are not doing things properly, that goes towards credibility of those involved. I personally don't like to deal with those types of people. They can't be trusted IMO. Let's hope WDRP comes out with a sellable product and the allegations against WDRP and those involved gets resolved without incident.

WRONG ... the SEC now partners up with the AMF on cross border stock manipulation. Just as they did with WDRP named manipulator Dan Ryan.
The AMF recently signed an MOU with the SEC and OSC.
To the extent that any US individuals are involved in the Market Manipulation that the AMF alleges and may find parties guilty on, the matters may be referred to the SEC.
Promoter Dan Ryan, who was named in the AMF allegations, might have thought the same thing as what you propose but has found out that the SEC takes a very dim view of a Montrealer manipulating US stocks.

1.1.4 Notice of Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Consultation, Cooperation and the Exchange of
Information Related to the Supervision of Cross-Border Regulated Entities
On June 10, 2010 , the Ontario Securities Commission, the Authorité des marchés financiers du Québec, and the United States
Securities and Exchange Commission entered into a Memorandum of Understanding concerning regulatory cooperation related
to the supervision of regulated entities (Supervisory MOU). The OSC, AMF and SEC have a long history of cooperation,
particularly in securities enforcement matters. The Supervisory MOU would extend this cooperation beyond enforcement by
setting a framework for consultation, cooperation and information-sharing related to the day-to-day supervision and oversight of
regulated entities. This comprehensive framework will enhance the OSC and SEC’s ability to supervise regulated entities that
operate across our respective borders.
The Supervisory MOU is subject to the approval of the Minister of Finance. The Supervisory MOU was delivered to the Minister
on June 11, 2010. Subject to the Minister’s approval, the Supervisory MOU will take effect in Ontario on August 18, 2010.
