BTSI, they have been working on this deal since April 12th. They issued PR's along the way giving updates. It's not like this was a surprise that they all of a sudden acquired an oil company.

It's just that not many investors ever heard of them or even knew they were working on a deal.

Now they are getting attention and the PR is why I bought shares this morning at .005.
