Interesting connection between AOOR and BWDI...

I guess I skimmed over this in AOOR's 10Q. AOOR seems to be buying back BWDI's preferred shares, appears to hold 20 million shares of BWDI common which is being used as collateral, and has issued AOOR stock to BWDI to secure an equipment loan for BWDI:
