Penn...

Already know that.

Please refer to page 3 of what I posted on zoho.

https://viewer.zoho.com/docs/bdbX2d

excerpt:

11. Prior to trial on the Civil Suit in or around August 31, 2007, WEBSTER entered into a settlement with the Civil Suit Defendants to resolve the Civil Suit for the payment of $90,000.00.....

If you cannot grasp the risk reward defense, you will not truly grasp how the blanks you have, can be filled in.

Fill them in, Penn.

What I read is that the defendants entered into an employment agreement with Webster and probably "front man" Rajcic to pick off some fire damage insurance work. The dupe excuse doesn't fly. The defendants knew that. If the defendants had shown up for trial, if would have left them open to the real possibility of other suits being filed.

You ask how you seek to destroy Mr. Brumfield? Rhetorical, right?

Not rhetorical at all, Penn. Everything is taken from public records. No birdies and/or parrots are needed.

Loch/Cdex shareholders and ppers deserve the opportunity to have a chance to re-coop invested dollars on real products sold to those who want the products. No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex.

Unless they have free/gifted shares or paid virtually nothing for them, the chance of recovering their investment is slim to none.
