#69162 RE: Bren4Realtor #69160

I am part of my own crowd and sometimes I am the only one in the "crowd"

i dont know what the "stay tuned" verbiage is all about and yes, I had said buy on the dips, I had bought on the dips, however, since the little move from $.12-$.20, CBAI is done nothing but go straight down and very swiftly. I do not know what to make of it. Yes, new shares have been issued or have they?? if there were 250M already (180M) in newly issued, the market cap would still be $5M at $.02 per share. CBAI's market cap is almost under $1M

$1M?!?!?!? i find this hard to believe, but it is what it is and I still find it hard to believe CBAI is worth less than $10M or even $20 after how long it held up around $25M until the RS announcement.

remember that, CBAI was a company with a $20-$40 market cap for over year or so, what happened to the company to validate a market cap of sub $5M??? I guess the "chill" can prevent or slow dilution, but it cannot necessarily justify a 50-80% cut in a company's worth?? or am i mistaken??

CBAI has continued to grow and increase its profits through its acquisitions and slowly paying off debt.

If the company itself is unaware of why its company stock price is deteriorating that is unanswerable by me. If they know something and are continuing to hide it, that's another issue entirely.

The DTC from what I can gather over the recent year or so (including most of pennyland) has been, how do I say this, mixing up the deck, changing things up, maybe becoming more strict, i dont know, but there seems to be something very serious going on for CBAI's stock to continue to slide. I am just an investor/trader, i have no real answers for you.

finally, any investor in CBAI or any penny stock for that matter, should be able to handle, manage and be fully responsible for any money that is invested into any stock for that matter, most notably, OTC (.ob and .pk stocks). Be able to handle a 100% loss of investment or get out of the game.

Sometimes, no matter how much DD you do, it won't even matter, you can still get ****ed and lose all your money, that is just how "this trading world" is regardless of the exchange.

Hopefully any investor who has losses with CBAI can offset them with gains or vice versa, sometimes, a loss can be a blessing in disguise. If an investor goes to big in one stock and hasn;t taken the proper precautions to leverage or hedge against risk, that is not my problem. CBAI still has the potential to pop, it can also end up going bankrupt, there are no certainties.
