Actually they do have to meet the CA CARB mandates starting in 2012 if they are older then 2004 and 2013 the 2004 date comes to the top of the list till they are all up to 2010 mandates.

The federal is doing the same but on a slower mandate of set times to meet it.

Good points!...I see 14,000 buses.
Now that has to be one huge mid-east city with a
huge population in dire need of clean air.
EGOC is looking sweet!
