Great post Catani. I agree. Have to be cautious. There are 500 million AS; the company has about 10 percent of this (not sure on exact numbers) and about 65 percent of the current OS. If they are sending proxies, they need something from us. And, it does not have to be all good. Anyone remember EAG's proxy and how about JRVR? JRVR got their proxy pasted by I dont how many votes, but it must have been by a whisker. Soon after, they became a printer, and diluted the hell out of the company. So, please donot tell me without back-up info that this is great news - I hope you are right and it is GREAT news, however.

I have thought about a buyout as well. and yes it would be too soon for my likeings as well. Although we need to see terms first. You can bet the common will get allot more than 0.06
Anyway all speculation . I expect some very good things to come here soon.
