stock, I don´t think he is nagative just cautious. To think in both directions can only help. I would also agree that a meeting makes only sense if something of vital importance will happen. A buyout e.g. from the US Foodservice makes sense for me though it´s to soon for my likings and would explain the current policy. I don´t think they need any of us to approve the issuance of shares or for votings only and the other thought, you don´t need a meeting to attract institutions, there are plenty of better ways
