I thought this had a patent on it. If it does then why is Janes reluctant to show the whole enchilada?

Is it patented or not?

Why has the FDA not shut down IMGG? The Bar is VERY LOW? Read the attached links at the bottom of this post!

When is everyone is going to realize that the meeting between Dean and the FDA has NOTHING to do with portocol and it has everyhing to do with Dean asking the FDA if they will allow him to start a new submition knowing that the FDA rejection letters were a strong message to Dean that all his past resubmittals are a fraud and a scam. READ THE FDA REJECTION LETTERS..
The stage of submitting now and ask for forgivness later is way over for Dean.This time Dean will be facing major prison time for another fraudulant submittal.

GDS wht you theory on wy IMGG has not been shut down? Whats your thoughts on the 5 mil shares for attorneys and the additional 16 mil shares Dean has pledged for loans? Tell Us what you think?

So why has the Goverment or FDA acted? The Bar is very LOW. Read some of the examples I have posted. Its very easy for the FDA to totaly shut down IMGG at will. Why have they not?
