IMGG isn't allowed to manufacture or sell their product in this country, so there isn't much to "shut down". It's not illegal to do research. IMGG doesn't sell any product, so there is no need to "shut them down"

The links you posted were companies selling products that caused harm to the public.

IMGG has no products on the market because the FDA has asked for and has not yet received proof that IMGG's device is safe and effective. In therms of it's ability to sell products IMGG already is shut down.
