Comes Mark T. Miller, Trustee herein and for his Report as to the status of the above referenced case states as follows:
The Trustee currently has two (2) outstanding offers to purchase the assets of the bankruptcy estate. Both of the offers are contingent upon the buyers completing due diligence relative to the mines and the quality/quantity of coal therein. Both potential buyers are still working to complete their due diligence.
