when i talked to ir they said it will be end of business AZ time...so well after market close...the marlena? girl...did not know outcome..but as someone else said she was up beat...
and when i asked about wht happens next she said shareholder will recieve something in mail asking if we wish to redeem shares for buyout price...what struck me about that is she said WILL be getting....maybe im reading too much into it...but if it was not a done deal she may have said if the vote passes you will get...but no she said will be getting...
