I kind of feel a small company needs even better communication than a large one as most large companies already have some trust built over time and analyst staying on top of them. Heck, if you are going to be a public company and take someones money there are certain responsibilities that come with the territory. Like filings and informing shareholders. It is like taking a women out to a fancy dinner with a $100+ bottle of wine, flowers and a diamond necklace and then her not even giving you a kiss at the door. (not from experience been married 35 years)

Jim I can appreciate your statements to stand by your position of not selling but SNEY is in fact a penny stock and we should all have a penny stock mentality with it. Most that consider penny stocks big board stocks loose their money and learn there lesson.

Also as a business owner you should understand the value of keeping the shareholders happy and help keep support for the stock price. Since they are probably not cash flow positive they will need further dilution to keep going. To keep investors view as the last thing on their mind is no different from a business owner caring less what a bank thinks of their business but at the same time wanting more loans. Its just bad business.

Also Newmont probably IPO'd on the nasdaq and was never a penny stock. Its very rare for Pink sheet stock to every succeed and make it to the big boards. SNEY could be an exemption but it would be in your best interest to not feel comfortable just saying you plan to hold long term or until it is 1-5 dollars. The chance of getting there without a reverse split could be about as good as winning the lottery. SNEY has a fully diluted OS of 2b and will likely increase that and approach 3b before they are cash flow positive.

I think properly run they can succeed but odds are if things go right they will be gobbled up prior to reaching a number anywhere close to 1b. Most big companies now grow through acquisition so SNEY stands little chance of such large valuations.

I hope all goes well but please always question high risk investments and never try to get comfortable just holding and hoping.
