I just spoke with Jim Stock and he passed on the following information. The next quarter report will be early, not late like the last one. Hilal is still committed to moving off the pinks by the end of this year. He was advised by Hilal that a reverse stock split is not going to happen. Information about the annual meeting will "probably" be addressed in the next quarterly report although he believes it will be in Vegas.
Mr. Stock also advised that he had visited both facilities and that he saw a lot of activity. He also said that three new furnaces were close to coming online. These were his comments and observations and we can all take from them what we wish.
