CSTI has almost always been on the bid and ask with huge amounts of shares in comparison to the rest of the MMs. it is my opinion that TOFS has been buying back shares the past few days to a week and it could be through CSTI. Call me crazy, but I don't know what else to think at this point.

From past history, I know that when GOI* really started to take off, CSTI showed up as an MM there. On a good number of other plays I have been in, I haven't really noticed CSTI as a major player. However, we have all seen them buying and selling tons of shares of TOFS. Something smells with it......I'm hoping CSTI knows there is bank to be made and that's why they are here and in a major way.....
