9 June 2011: Nieder Fabricating Solutions to Build Two Newly Designed ExhausTek Units

The company is pleased to be working with Nieder Fabricating Solutions to produce two - redesigned - ExhausTek units for demonstration and ultimate retrofit on transit buses within the Middle East region. We are hopeful to continue this relationship into the future as demand for our technologies widens.

Expansion in China: We have begun very preliminary discussions with a US-based sourcing and consulting company specializing in US/China business relations - particularly business seeking to expand their opportunities into China. At present we are discussing high-volume component fabrication, pre-assembly of select components as well as possible reseller opportunities. We expect to formalize some or all of the items being discussed within the coming weeks, while paying particular attention to the protection of intellectual property.

One off means one at a time off the assembly line. Component style means you make 100's at a time, with components made in bulk at the same time.

Beginning this week, we will be coordinating with China-based engineers to start the process, in particular, addressing design modifications as we move from one-off fabrication to component-style manufacturing for the ExhausTek product line.

I think your in information overload, its like this- every step for every procedure is not going to be laid out for you in blueprint fashion for every maneuver Ray is going to make. Just like Microsoft does not tell you how they made windows they just give you the product. Sometimes you just got to read between the lines and make a gut call on which direction a company is going.
