Under US tax law you can reduce your gain on sale by costs such as those use to attend shareholder meetings.....you do not seem positive about the outcome of a meeting....did you attend the shareholder meeting in Florida, Franz? Same deal with Vegas. We will need to elect a new President unless we can come up with bail for the one we got. We still got him, or is this a conviction like the Doc got, and he is barred from being our CEO?
Either way we got decisions to make, and WE NEED to have A MEETING.
