S.O.S. - SKS has what he needs (i.e., with the shelf-registration of shares) to survive until next year (i.e., realization of the longhorn world) without threat of bankruptcy ... that of course doesn't protect from NASDAQ delisting unless meaningful revenue(s) streams materialize in the meantime

You peopel need to understand that most likely, Dutton was paid to look at the company. The recommendation was probably based on the fee paid.

Its kind of like car and driver naming their car of the year.
