I can only speak for TD Ameritrade because that is what I'm using. I have GTC Sells that are active with them and can actively adjust price without an issue.
IMO, I think the old Cusip number is creating an issue. The new Cusip number was issued BUT continues to be delayed with no reasonable explanation other than to allow time for those that are in trouble here with FTD's. That's a matter for GDHI's attorneys to handle. I read an article yesterday concerning SEC and FINRA in regards to these same types of issues. Maybe I can find it again and post it, but I don't have a clue of exactly where I read it right now.
