Another new theory!!! The cusip was issued but is being delayed to allow time for those that are in trouble with FTD's!!!!

IMO, I think the old Cusip number is creating an issue. The new Cusip number was issued BUT continues to be delayed with no reasonable explanation other than to allow time for those that are in trouble here with FTD's. That's a matter for GDHI's attorneys to handle.
