Bravo seeker! - Like Doc Seymour has stated in the past... It's not about the current stock price, but the need to get all things correct going forward, that's what is most important! Go NNVC :)

Yes, thank you seeker and Dr. Seymour. Answers my need for some communication. My take is that the call to FDA does not take place before the end of this week (hope I am wrong) but that it will happen in the not too distant future, and, as far as the future goes, it means the big picture is still intact. One thing that is not real clear to me, however, is that, as I understand it, once contact is made with the FDA, there is still a certain amount of time before the telephone conference is held, which should imo offer additional time for NNVC to be getting all the paperwork together--so is it absolutely necessary to have everything completely ready before contacting the FDA to request the pre-IND conference? I don't know how this actually works--perhaps Dr. Seymour could clarify this if he gets the opportunity. Thanks again for the post.

Excellent! What a great post. Thanks for asking Seeker and thanks to Dr. Seymour for responding!

It's nice to see that management is truely listening to investor concerns. I still believe they will miss their date of September 30th. However after being reminded of all of the things that NNVC has accomplished and how close they are to getting a real product to market I am definitely going to hold my shares.

Dr. Seymour- "I know that I'll get criticized by those who say we should focus." No criticism on that score from me today.

That was an excellent letter. It addressed almost point by point the comments I have been making over the past few months. So I'll shut up as soon as the that 5-ton phone is hoisted up and dials the FDA.

As usual Dr Seymour tends to mention about the state of America's education system , which I think quite alarmingly true. If it's not improving soon, America's going to slip further behind due to lack of home grown talents (although America always welcome foreign talents).

We are searching far and wide for qualified PhD's who don't need a lot of hand-holding to get up to speed. These people are more difficult to find than you can imagine. Credit our education system for sending too many people to Wall Street and not enough to the lab benches
