Yes, thank you seeker and Dr. Seymour. Answers my need for some communication. My take is that the call to FDA does not take place before the end of this week (hope I am wrong) but that it will happen in the not too distant future, and, as far as the future goes, it means the big picture is still intact. One thing that is not real clear to me, however, is that, as I understand it, once contact is made with the FDA, there is still a certain amount of time before the telephone conference is held, which should imo offer additional time for NNVC to be getting all the paperwork together--so is it absolutely necessary to have everything completely ready before contacting the FDA to request the pre-IND conference? I don't know how this actually works--perhaps Dr. Seymour could clarify this if he gets the opportunity. Thanks again for the post.
