Examples of penny stocks uplisting are few and far between. By that I mean uplisting, not merely moving from "limited information" status to "current information" status. Your wisest course of action is to assume that all penny stocks are scams, unless you can prove differently. I know of one, maybe two penny stocks that are not scams ... and one of those will likely fail, unfortunately.
