Sorry for my late response, I had some troubles with my internetconnection yesterday.
I carefully read back my own posts, and I didn't post where the PPS was when the 4B dilution took place. Because that is not important IMO for a potential share price discussion.
Ten years ago the PPS for Cetek was close to $ 375,-. There has only been one split (on 12/23/2002) 1:150. So it is a solid fact that Cetek shares have traded above $ 1,- per share.
Ten years ago the O/S was : 9 billion / 150 = 60 million shares
The Market Cap must have been HUGE, but please correct me if I am wrong.
