Yeah a take over. Someone would have to have a higher majority holding than Mr.Brooks.

But for all intensive purposes, I am not aware if Mr.Brooks is operating as a front for Jim McCormick, because from what the initial disclosure statement says to me, is that Jim McCormick actually owns the company since he is the beneficial holder of 9.72% of the share structure.
