Correction, Mr.McCormick holds 9.28% of the Issuer's Common Shares

That puts him somewhere in the ball park of 90,250,733 shares... that's ~$207,576.68. I do not believe that he enjoys seeing that price when the chart shows from using accumulation/distribution in combination with volume/trix/macd/cmf that it should be around ~.012 just on the currently available information/disinformation. (lol cause who knows what is really real in penny land?)

At that price, he would hold $1,083,008.79 of the company.

Just some food for thought.
