Anything Rosen wants is bad for shareholders, have no doubt about that! If he didn't get what he wanted it's good news. He has a personal vendetta against equity. This was supposed to be wrapped up in June 2010, and because of the EC, he's failed miserably at closing the BK and getting his buddies paid.
Yep, sure makes a person wonder. I would love to see someone come in and make a public bid for WMMRC... if it hasn't already happened, I would bet someone out there is attempting to find a buyer.
