They won't charge anything but the standard commission. They just use that as a threat to intimidate traders on this stock.

TOFS is, has been, and will remain DTC eligible (per the CEO), so there will NOT be any extra fees imposed!

Penson DOES NOT charge $200/$700 to sell TOFS. TOFS IS NOT on the DTCC ineligible list. It's on the Illiquid Securities list which is a whole different issue.
