Update on share structure is useless. Everyone has known about the reduction for weeks. The only thing moving this stock will be the merger. Every thing is in place now though. No reason for the merger not to happen. If the next PR is another delay then I suggest everybody take their bags and run. Already noticed some "big boys" on this board have left. Have not heard from Trading Jeff, and Pharaoh for a while...
