Burden of proof=preponderance of the evidence=more likely true, than not true.

Beattheclockmn,
In civil cases the standard is generally "preponderance of the evidence". However, I don't practice patent law, so I am not positive that is the standard of proof for patent cases. Perhaps one of the other board attornies can answer.
