By know it should be very obvious this is just the last stuff. It was not so easy to put this settlement together when you consider all the parties involved. But, by golly evidence suggests they have done it.
I say, Hats off to all the gentlemen here. BioHARP coming to market and I'm glad to be a major shareholder. This was strictly a fundemental play. Wait til the technicals kick in. This rocket is loaded with fuel. We're not going to the moon, we're going to the outer galaxy.

Everything points to to a carefully orchestrated launch (settlement) Looks like all the issues were looked at carefully. With Knobbe involved I feel we will get a clean deal.

Nemo, what I'm Hoping for is that KMOB is in it for more than Their Legal Fees. I Hope They are an Integral Part of getting the BioHarp to Market, with their Medical Division that Helps Medical Start-Up Companies get their Product to Market, they would be a HUGE Addition to the SUCCESS of XMDC.
