Oh boy, I found it, but it won't copy so I can paste it. All it is is a re-election ad with Yonts blowing his own horn about all the money he has gotten for the great peeps of Kentucky in his area. Item 20 says this:

Muhlenburg County Fiscal Court~KY Fuel Associates Inc. (625,000)for design/engineering of coal to diesel plant to be located in Muhlenburg County. If KFA does recieve a state grant of 2.5 million, this allocation shall revert to Muhlenburg county fiscal court for courthouse renovation. Item 16 already gave 633,201 to the courthouse renovation, so I guess that 625k is the grease. So even if they get the 625k, they will have to give it back if they get 2.5 mil from the state.

No mention of FFI. Where is the juice? Where's the beef?

News Just out: LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Kentucky Fuel Associates today
announced it will be assigning the $625,000.00 grant money it was awarded
from the State of Kentucky through a supplemental appropriations in House
Bill 410 over to its strategic partner Fuel Frontiers, Inc.

This grant money will be used for the design/engineering and related
development expenditures for the Kentucky Coal to Liquids projects. The
first anticipated site will be located in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky.
