Gerald Celente predicts market crash in Oct. Marc Faber expects QE3 to come in around there or Nov. It sounds like they know what they are talking about. Bank will be saved? I don't know. FED will try to keep interest rate low, but I am not sure if they really can. If they can't it will be really bad for banks!
