They have NOT been doing great. They have been having trouble signing new licensees and renewing old ones. Short memory. What makes you thnk 4G will be any better? When we couldn't get paid for 2G, people were saying we are much stronger in 3G. Now that 3G has hit its peak, people are saying wait till you see what we have in 4G. Same pattern. There better d*mn well be a sale!
