Better think fast, a tender offer is better than class action law suit, they normally rip especially if its a jury and "ESPECIALLY" once they find out that genius did a 1 for 6.5 million reverse split followed by a forward split which they are trying to avoid.
If that doesn't show intent, I dont know what jury could miss it.
