#15397 RE: jbsliverer #15395

More interesting stuff from Abuse of Law, in the form of a Q&A about what they do, and why. They must be following this board, and/or the CRWV board:

Reader 6: You have written several reports featuring Crowne Ventures. It seems your praise of new management is beginning to fade. Is that the case? What is your goal in circulating your reports about Crowne?

AOL: What started out as a piece to further humiliate the research conducted by Mr. Sharp and his site pumpsanddumps.com, it surprisingly and quickly turned into a piece that was directed at reporting the truth... the whole truth or as much as we could uncover no matter the outcome.

Good or bad, the whole truth needs to be reported to people that invested their hard earned cash into CRWV. If our reporting holds Dane Peterson's feet to the fire and keeps him and his staff accountable for what they say to the public then we have done our job. We will continue to report the facts about CRWV and Dane Peterson in an effort to keep him honest and his actions transparent to the shareholders. At this point, we still feel that he is worthy of doing the right thing with CRWV and look forward to success for him and his shareholders.

Reader 8: What are some of the questions you plan on asking Dane Peterson when you have your interview? Do you have a checklist of items you get when conducting due diligence on a company like CRWV?

AOL: While we cant give you the exact questions we are asking, we can say that we will be asking for clarification on the ownership issue as it relates to the Mexico properties. We will also be asking for copies of the concessions as well as the lease signed by CRWV and WIM. We would also like the physical address issue cleared up. We think it is very important to get an understanding of the outstanding convertible note and who it is held by. It should go without saying that we would like to know how many players from the CRWV's sorted past are still involved with the new CRWV and in what capacity. We would also like Mr. Peterson to explain the massive increase in the issued and outstanding and finally, who is the third party that has paid for all of the spam promotion and how was it paid. Our list of questions continues to grow as you, our readers submit your specific questions for Mr. Peterson.
