Companies go public to raise capital...If TYTN didn't need to raise capital for the growth of the company, they would have stayed a private company.
No one seems to complain about the direction that Mark is taking the company...things are developing nicely on the business side and it seems that Mark is working hard to make Tytan a player in the industry. If he has to sell some extra shares to grow this company to new levels, then so be it.
If this was any other pink, I would be concerned because most pinks dont even have a single product out on the market.
Tytan has over a 100 products that are high quality and cheaper than their competitors. Once they have a fully operational network of distributors, TYTN will be the new player in the market.
I doubt that they are diluting right now but if they are, most longs would agree that it's necessary to grow the company to higher levels.

So then you admit that the stock market is how companies raise money to expand their operations RIGHT!

Also be aware of the fact that the MM's also buy and sell shares for their own profit, that IS FACT!

Nobody here knows exactly what is going on its all speculative, one thing for sure you can count on the MM's getting a hunk of shares so they to can flip them for a profit, and they will walk down the pps to hit stop loses along the way and then when they are ready they will raise the price when they have enough shares to sell and make huge gains.

Right now we have a whole lot of Longs here who appear to own the majority of the reported O/S float.

If anyone has been actually reading the board today you could easily have added up over 500M of the Float and there are many more who did not state how many they have there are 2,152 share holder of record.

As far as the competition not being afraid that is hypocritical because anytime a potential contender is on the verge of raising up they are a threat and it would be plain stupid not to keep their eye on them and be aware of the potential threat, especially knowing that its Mark Leonard's up coming new company because he obviously has done it before and is set up to do it again.

Seems like a lot of hard ball being played here to attempt to down play this company and its no accident.
