"Isn't it ironic that the Statement of Changes In Shareholder's Equity in the financial statement becomes a font 5 while the entire remainder of the financials are font 12. "
Good Lord!!! He did that so that he can fit everything in one page not to hide anything I guess (look at the number of columns in the page).
Dustin, can you provide where all the dilution from past several months went to? I am not talking about 50 or 100 mil shares. It zoomed up from 250 million (as of July'10) to 900 mil now. Who do you issue the shares any why? I highly doubt if you address these questions or any other SS related questions.
Agreed. As pointed out before, I believe something material occurred most recently that may allow the company to purchase another profitable app business and / or divest title in favourable terms. I don't see another explanation for changing the plan of operations from one day to the next.
Agreed. Been discussing this issue weeks ago. However, company PR'd that "there will be no cost to ActionApp and we will still benefit 100% from the purchase revenue." Until proven otherwise, I must believe it is true and it would be a genius marketing move.
Disagree. If the download numbers presented by the company are truthful, and I must assume they are at this point, then they already do great business. Having 9 out of 20+ Apps continuously in the top 100 does not sound like a lottery gamble and hope for a one-hit wonder.
Agree. Makes me wonder also. As pointed out, I believe the company funded its losing title business.
