http://www.8000inc.net has not been renewed ( available right now to anyone that wants it - they did not pay the $10 for the next year or whatever go daddy charges ... at this point... maybe they will wake up and actually pay that bill to keep the site... ) ... they have seemed to disappeared on Facebook and all communications as well, party over?

The only way they can get him on that would be if these stocks are really being shorted.

you are wrong, the concept behind the FLDs was to cause a short squeeze but it doesn't matter that there was no short. Monk illegally manipulated the PPS of EIGH, CDIV, etc as well as violating quite a few other securities laws.

if a bank robber hits the bank when there is no money there, you are suggesting that they are not breaking the law.
