I have been in this stock since it was in the 006-007 range,
before your "honest and hard working" CEO issued and dumped
billions of shares and drove it down to the lowest trips...

Now he's doin it again, re-issuing and re-dumping till it's
time for a R/S, to "uplist" lol. The newly-used pinky excuse for
R/S to rob the rest of shareholders' money: "uplist"...

Well of course I got out in the last run, the minute he announced
the increase in the A/S...

You can do whatever you please...

Ethics start with giving out the numbers of the share structure more then 4 times per year.

You are right and he NEEDS MONEY and he will get that needed money from SELLING SHARES until he can start selling tractors to cover his cost. there not making money from selling TRACTORS only form selling SHARES. he is doing his best and you are right he looks honest some what seeing we only find out after he sold or should we still call it a placement or after he added 5 BILLION shares dont worry he wont sell them until he has a plan. maybe the plan is already in play and some here refuse to see it
