weighing strategic alternatives....includes time to analyze the options that have been presented (past and present).... I tend to lean towards something will be recommended by the BOD other than just a full sale.
...and if there is a company out there that doesn't like that recommendation....they would then present something to the shareholders...such as a hostile take over.
