Good call on that one, two financing shells with stuckholders hoping for the best from the same company and same guy, what are the chances both are flailing about with absolutely no progress anywhere? Another excuse for the name/symbol change, simple fact is this dirty shell is going nowhere with that. They cannot explain the share issuance and do not want to expose that to a regulatory agency, better to string along shareholders than open a can of Revoked. Pays to get a clean shell for the long run.
