Laranger: well done! E's objections are: 'Irrelevant, Immaterial and prejudice outweighs probative value'.

In HRS, I'm sure that E had the same pretrial objections. But, the one thing that I really remember from the HRS trial and Hoff's memo is Bunsow (H's counsel) saying... 'culture of ignoring patents' and the yellow highlighted extract stating... 'astronomical liabilities'.

What else is incriminating in that letter? What's the docket reference number, I'll get a copy tomorrow. TIA, JK
