It really doesn't matter if a big board company has an unlimited A/S because their main source of income isn't selling shares and they provide current O/S to their shareholders. TYTN doesn't work like that.

There is no such thing as a locked float, unless the stock has an SEC freeze on trading, which TYTN doesn't have.

A float is ever changing, as the restricted shares may also be, and not to know where they stand, one really has no idea as to the basic intrinsic value of the shares.
