No one not specifically in the industry has any idea of the amount of companies that don't give out the share structure information.

Even a company trying to show that it wants their investors to be able to make a better informed decision to invest in their stock will allow it.

I doubt the average investor here is sitting on a mil, but for arguments sake lets say your right. If so, theres too many outstanding shares and thats all i can say. Dont you agree

There is no genuine concern, 99.9% of companies don't give out that info except in a quarterly report



Maybe, but how many companies increase the A/S by such a large amount with no explanation other than to accelerate their business plan?

Actually most companies have transfer agents that provide the share structure. TYTN doesn't because they are hiding dilution for as long as possible.
